In order to keep electromagnetic environment and airwaves in good order, and minimize the harmful interference to radio equipment during the Asian Culture Carnival, radio transmitting equipment (excluding mobile phones) is banned at the venues, and WiFi hot-spot function should be closed on mobile phones.
