Facilities of TV Studios
1. Standard Facilities
Size of about 43㎡;
Standard backdrop;
1 desk (1.2m×0.6m), 2 chairs, and 1 dustbin;
2 single sofas, and 1 tea table;
1 professional lighting system;
Supply of 5KW technical power, with 15KW UPS power supply reserved;
1 telephone port, and 1 telephone set (free domestic calls);
1 network interface;
1 satellite interface;
3-channel video graphic equipment.
2. How to Request
The TV studio can be reserved via email or through making on-site request. The request should be made based on using time (1 hour as a unit). Generally, each reservation should not exceed 2 hours.
3. Leasing Fees and Payment Method
The leasing fee of a TV studio is USD 500 per hour (exclusive of tax).
4. Others
Additional services, including office equipment leasing, video interface, and satellite port, will be charged according to the unified standard.

2. How to Request
The interview rooms are available for use free of charge. It can be reserved via email or through making on-site request. The request should be made based on using time (1 hour as a unit). Generally, each reservation should not exceed 2 hours.

Additional services, including office equipment leasing, video interface, and satellite port, will be charged according to standard pricing.
Press Conference Hall A (Large Press Conference Hall)
Standard Facilities
Host up to 250 reporters;
1 set of simultaneous interpretation equipment;
4 podiums, 8 armchairs, and 250 chairs for reporters;
1 set of an amplifying system, 8 microphones, and 4 wireless microphones;
1 set of a professional lighting system;
1 audio interface;
3 telephone ports.
Press Conference Hall B (Small Press Conference Hall)
Standard Facilities
Host up to 150 reporters;
1 set of simultaneous interpretation equipment;
4 podiums, 8 armchairs, and 150 chairs for reporters;
1 set of an amplifying system, 8 microphones, and 2 wireless microphones;
1 set of a professional lighting system;
1 audio interface;
3 telephone ports.
